Follow these steps

  1. Attend workshop AUXSCOUT 112 – Introduction to AUXSCOUT – Sea Scout version
  2. Read Auxiliary – BSA MOA http://wow.uscgaux.info/Uploads_wowII/B-DEPT/AUX-BSA-MOA.pdf and AUXSCOUT SOP http://auxbdeptwiki.cgaux.org/index.php?title=Standard_Operating_Procedures
  3. Become thoroughly familiar with AuxBWiki http://tinyurl.com/AuxBWiki and the Sea Scouts BSA https://seascout.org website
  4. Contact the local division’s Sea Scout Staff Officer or Division Commander

4.1. Identify local Auxiliary flotillas in the council’s AOR using the Flotilla-Ship map at http://tinyurl.com/AUXSCOUTmap 4.2. Reach out to your Youth Programs Branch Chief for your district 4.2.1.1. Atlantic East – Robin Pope [email protected] 4.2.1.2. Atlantic West – Bill Reisa [email protected] 4.2.1.3. Pacific – Mike Bozarth [email protected] 4.3. Develop Council AUXSCOUT tactical plan for 2019-20; communicate it to the Area Commodore and the National Ship Growth & Retention Chair
