The Auxbdeptwiki.cgaux.org website – local website – is hosted by the USCGAUX RBS Outreach Department, using shared server space provided by the Auxiliary. This local website collects information through the “cookies” placed and used automatically by our open-source server-side software. Links to the software developer group, MediaWiki, which provides full technical information on the nature and contents of these cookies, appear on each section of the site. The local website is subject to the host’s policy, including the following conditions.

1. Information Ownership: The RBS Outreach Department is the sole owner of information collected on this site. No information will be sold, shared, or rented, in ways different than what is disclosed within this Privacy Policy statement. The RBS Outreach Department collects information from our users at several points on its website.

2. Information Security: All information gathered on the RBS Outreach Department site is stored and maintained in secure private facilities that limit access to authorized personnel only. Access authorization is strictly controlled. The RBS Outreach Department Web site is regularly tested to ensure that all information collected is secure from unauthorized viewing.
