| − | Atul Uchil, PhD serves the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary as the Branch Chief Liaison for the USACE. He is a qualified Instructor, a Vessel Examiner and a member of the Auxiliary Interpreter corps. In the past, Dr. Uchil has served in several staff positions at the Flotilla, Division, and National levels.
