National policy guidance
The Auxilary's Human Resources Directorate is responsible for supporting and providing policy guidance to Auxiliarists helping the Sea Scouts. The organization chart is available here. The Youth Programs Division has direct operational responsibility for AUXSCOUT. The division's Chief is email Bruce Johnson, DVC-HY.
The National Sea Scout Committee's Relationships Subcommittee provides program guidance to Sea Scout leaders and liaison to the Coast Guard Auxiliary.
District implementation
In order that Sea Scouts BSA - Auxiliary Youth Leadership Program (AUXSCOUT) organizational support be implemented consistently, it is recommended that District Sea Scout Coordinators be appointed.

In order that AUXSCOUT organizational support be implemented consistently, it is recommended that Division Sea Scout Coordinators be appointed where appropriate.
