National policy guidance
The Auxilary's RBS Outreach Department is responsible for supporting and providing policy guidance to Auxiliarists helping the Sea Scouts.
District implementation
In order that Sea Scouts BSA - Auxiliary Youth Leadership Program (AUXSCOUT) organizational support be implemented consistently, it is recommended that District Sea Scout Coordinators be appointed.
Division support
In order that AUSCOUT organizational support be implemented consistently, it is recommended that Division Sea Scout Coordinators be appointed where appropriate.
