On 23 February 2009, the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary signed a [ http://www.auxbdept.org/pdf/BSAUSCGAuxMOA23Feb09.pdf Memorandum of Agreement] to partner with the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). The Boating Department is developing an implementation strategy to make this a meaningful agreement between our two organizations.
