Boy Scouts of America

On 23 February 2009, the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary signed a Memorandum of Agreement to partner with the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). The Boating Department is coordinating the implementation to make this a meaningful agreement between the two organizations.
